Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused and undamaged items. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Personalized or custom-made products are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

  2. Follow the instructions to print a prepaid return label (if applicable).
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We may require photos for verification before processing a replacement or refund.
